Longstanding RBKC agency adds three new recruits as expansion drive continues across prime west London
Russell Simpson has ramped up its operations in prime west London, with three new additions to its sales team
Driving expansion
The well-known boutique estate agency, founded in 1979 by Alan Russell from an office in Chelsea, recently expanded into key markets including Kensington, Notting Hill, Bayswater & Holland Park.
Henry Synge will be starting as the new Head of Sales in Kensington & Notting Hill next month, looking after properties under £5m; joining from Youhome, he previously spent 11 years at Winkworth in South Kensington. He takes over the role from Hermione Russell, who has been leading the firm’s expansion in the area over the last four years, and will now be taking some personal time off.
Also joining the team will be new Sales Negotiators Chloë Jackson, formerly of Knight Frank’s Prime Chiswick department, and Lenard Pap, previously of Gordon & Co (now owned by Foxtons).
The agency has bases on Sydney Street and Kensington Square, and also boosted its lettings team recently.
