Our Short Let Service

We have launched a dedicated Short Let Desk to help individuals and companies find temporary accommodation. These stays range from four weeks to six months, and from one-bedroom apartments to large townhouses. Unlike the corporate feel of hotels and serviced flats, they offer a real sense of home.

The desk has been set up in response to increasing demand over the past few years, as well as several clients benefitting from this service. Many of our clients use the short-let service if their home is vacant during the selling process; this not only helps with revenue, but also makes the property more attractive to potential buyers by dressing it to turnkey standard. In addition, this service can fill the gap between long-term lets, or provide flexibility for owners who want occasional use of their home.
