Yahoo Finance: The £14.5M home with an amazing history

Dubbed Britain’s ‘most expensive prison cell’, a stunning former courthouse has hit the market with a £14.5 million price tag. The seven-bedroom home is a beautifully restored 18th century courthouse and gaol that would have trialled the Dick Turpins of the day.

Originally built in the 18th century the courthouse held trials for highway robbery, drunken behaviour and petty theft.
