A newly remodeled duplex penthouse in London’s Notting Hill has been listed for £5.95 million (US$7.7 million).

Located on the fourth and fifth floors of the red-brick Prince Edward Mansions—a high-end apartment block dating to the late 1800s—the flat was completely redone by luxury developer Northacre in 2014. It was listed for sale by brokerage Russell Simpson last month after spending time on the rental market, according to a news release.

A representative from Russell Simpson wasn’t immediately available for comment.

The lower level of the 2,739-square-foot apartment is accessed by elevator, and an internal staircase leads to the upper floor.
