Close proximity to shopping, a leafy street location, and a personal spa are just some of the highlights of the newly built St. Luke’s House in Chelsea. And in an area where most houses share walls, this spacious standalone abode is a rarity.
“Most of the homes in this neighborhood are relatively narrow,” said Jake Russell, director at Russell Simpson, a London-based real estate firm. “To have a home that is wide, fully detached and with parking is unheard of in this area.”
Taking design cues from the Georgian homes in the neighborhood, developers used traditional brick, iron railings and sash windows to create a traditional facade. Potential buyers would want for nothing at this turnkey property, which includes a management service, Mr. Russell said.
